Our items are returnable for an exchange or refund. We require that
returned items remain in their original factory condition.
Helpful Hints to make the process smooth:
- First, the
item must be in brand new condition including the wig box and/or other

Wig Tags are factory attached. Leave them in place while you try on
your new item.
- Third, fibers
can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume or
smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.

your packing slip which includes all the information we will need to

your time - up to 60 days. But remember, the item must be in
Brand New Unworn Factory condition.
Important: A 15% ($9 minimum) restocking fee per item will be charged to
cover inspection and other miscellaneous costs to ensure items are in
returning, send us a note to email@example.com including your
name, order number and reason for exchange / return. If you would

item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has
pulled the item from their warehouse and boxed it up for shipping. If we
can stop the order before that no fees will apply.
